OUR SCOPE
Indonesian Institute of Advanced International Studies (INADIS) is a non-profit, public policy research organization based in Jakarta. Our focus is public policies that relate to international relations, particularly with regard to international political economy, area studies, and strategic studies.
OUR VISIONS
To foster a sustainable society where individuals are conscious of contemporary issues impacting their life, while also understanding the formulation, mechanism, and repercussions of public policies by addressing issues of injustice and promoting equitable development.
OUR MISSIONS
To initiate open dialogues with the aim of information sharing so as to create knowledge on contemporary civil culture issues that relate to general society through publications and interactive programs.
Actively contributes to international communities whilst providing the government of Indonesia with domestic and foreign policy analysis of value.
To collaborate with multi level actors including non-governmental organisations to marginalised communities.

Multidisciplinary
We are a team consisted of people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines who share the same goal. We use our different backgrounds to provide new approaches and perspectives that will complement each other’s particular knowledge.
Independent
We pride ourselves in providing an objective view in our research and analysis. We report findings and recommendations that are based on an unbiased empirical inquiry.
Collaborative
We collaborate with experts, government, and private sectors in our analysis and research.
OUR PRODUCTS
INADIS Overview
INADIS Overview is an academic journal that provides analysis of formulation, mechanism, and impacts of specific current policies—both domestic and foreign—and their significance for Indonesia. It is aimed at keeping the society aware of the impacts of policies that affect their lives and providing the government and policymakers with alternative approaches and perspectives. This journal will be periodically published and free to be accessed by the general public and government employees.
INADIS Brief is a weekly summary of world news. It covers news across Africa & the Middle East, Asia, Australia & Oceania, Europe, Latin America & the Caribbean, and the United States and Canada. It is aimed at increasing the awareness of Indonesians on the current political, economic, and social situations across the globe that may have impacts on Indonesia.
INADIS Dialogue
INADIS Dialogue is an information-sharing platform to create knowledge that aligns with our visions and missions. We invite individuals from various backgrounds to discuss and find solutions on issues that matter to the nation as a whole.
INADIS Anthology
INADIS Anthology is a biannual bulletin of public policy and international affairs research. The bulletin is produced to share our works as well as other external contributors’ writings to the general public.
In line with our spirit of collaboration, INADIS teams up with national and international parties to organize seminars relating to contemporary issues or public policy research and analysis.
Our blog provides timely ideas, thoughtful reflections, and in-depth research on themes related to international political economy, area studies, and strategic studies.
